Yoga Instruction

Join Me On The Mat

Yoga is one of my greatest passions. Recently featured in Women’s Health Journal, my practice has evolved over the course of many years and served as my primary guide and foundation for growth. I have seen the difference a regular practice can make in people’s lives on a physical, mental, and soulful level, and I’m excited to share my knowledge through authentic, clear, and compassionate instruction.

I am a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with almost two decades of practice and instruction under my belt. My knowledge and practice is rooted in 11 years of instruction in the Iyengar tradition with Nadine Sims of Yoga of Bend and four years of training in Vinyasa. I have studied under renowned teachers including James Murphy, Carolyn Belko, Manorama, and Jasmine Tarkeshi.

As a yoga teacher, I have experience teaching yoga for children for over 7 years and creating yoga sequences for Crossfit athletes looking to protect and recover from their workouts. My current classes are designed to help students learn how they can use the power of the sacred geometry of yoga, meditation, and breath work to help them connect and fall in love with their authentic selves while coming together with others in community.

I believe a regular practice help students learn to act from their highest selves and live a life that brings them true contentement.

My greatest hope is that students walk away from my classes feeling SEEN, and with new skills and tools to help them in their daily lives.

Along with classes I offer specialized workshops and retreats that include both yoga and writing instruction. Please see my retreat listings and descriptions and keep an eye on my blog and FB Page to stay up to date with my offerings.
